Terms and conditions
Scope
These terms apply to all services of Feldform (owner: Samuel Lehet) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes and prices
Quotes are valid for 30 days. All prices are in CHF. As Feldform is not registered for VAT, no VAT is charged. Prices on the website are guide prices; the written quote is binding.
Payment terms
Projects: 50% on order, 50% on acceptance. Care plans are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
Cooperation
The client provides content, access and feedback in good time. Delays on the client side may shift the schedule.
Care plans
Minimum term three months, then cancellable monthly to the end of the following month.
Rights
Upon full payment, usage rights to the work created pass to the client. Feldform may show the work as a reference unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
Feldform is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, as far as legally permitted.
Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Aarau.
