A fictional window manufacturer receives enquiries by form, email and phone and writes quotes by hand.

Details are copied several times, enquiries get lost in the inbox and customers wait for a reply.

A workflow collects all enquiries in one list, asks for missing details, creates a draft quote for review and sends reminders for open cases.
