01Brief
A fictional physiotherapy practice receives many phone calls about prescriptions, costs and appointments.
02Problem
The reception team answers the same questions several times a day while patients wait at the desk.
03Solution
A chat assistant based on the practice’s own information. It only answers what has been provided, recognises medical questions and then refers to the team.
04Results
Concept project without live data, so we do not report results.
